PRE-MEASURE QUALIFICATION CHECKLIST

• What is estimated square footage?

• 25 SQ FT minimum purchase required

• Has customer selected material color & edge profile?

• Is customer purchasing or providing a sink? Undermount/Drop-In/ Farmhouse? • Does the Certified Countertop Installer (CFI) need to tear out the current countertops? • Set lead time expectations to ensure this timeline works for the customer. • CFI will call within 2 business days to schedule measure appointment • Final payment to install is 14-21 business days • The CFI will create a template that will be used as a pattern to fabricate the new countertop. Confirm cabinets are installed, level & plumb.
