How are warranty claims managed? Sage has an internal warranty team who manages all warranty claims and submits work orders when necessary. What does a warranty cover? Our warranties do not cover normal wear and tear in the kitchen. Warranties do not cover against damaged material due to misuse of countertops. This would include damaged natural stone sealer from a customer cleaning their countertops with bleach, or a countertop crack due to dropping a cast iron pan.
