CANCELLATION POLICY Before ANY refunds are processed - Review where the customers project is in the timeline • Cancellation of Measure Purchase prior to measure date - complete refund of $75 measure fee • Cancellation of Countertop Order prior to template date – complete refund of Countertop Order • Cancellation of Countertop Order after template completed – complete refund of countertop purchase less template fee of $75 • Cancellation of Countertop Order after CFI receives material, but prior to starting fabrication – refund 60% of total countertop cost • Cancellation of Countertop Order after fabrication is complete, but prior to installation – refund 20% of total countertop cost • No refunds on installed goods
