HOW TO ACCESS GIMBIL
iPhone 1. Click on or copy and paste this URL: http://gimbil.inscyth.com/l ogin 2. Add to the Home Screen on your mobile device Android 1. Click on link to open document (in Chrome app) 2. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen. 3. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.

1. Click on “Users” on the navigation panel 2. Click “Add New User”

1. Enter First and Last Name • Username will automatically populate from this information and is editable. • If the User currently has a Sage Sync Username, the Gimbil Username will need to be different 2. Select the field technician’s User Role • Installer – Gimbil, Measure/Template – Gimbil or both 3. Enter Phone Number • Must be able to receive SMS/text message to receive a link to create a password 4. Enter Email Address • Technicians will not be contacted by email 5. Click “Save”

SET-UP FIELD TECHNICIAN
After the field technician has been added in the portal, a SMS/text message will be sent to the phone number associated with that field technician. This includes links to create a password and the Gimbil Mobile URL.
Follow the Password link to the image shown below to create a password.

If the field technician inputs their username and password into the Sage Sync website, they will receive an Access Denied message and to use the Gimbil application instead.

ASSIGNING FIELD TECHNICIAN
When scheduling measure/template or install: • Drop down the Templater or Installer field • Select the field technician that is assigned to the appointment • Please note: the field technician must be assigned in Sage Sync first for the job to appear on their Gimbil login. • Click “Save Changes” after assigning
Only the jobs that are assigned to the field technician will be visible in their Gimbil App login.

GIMBIL - HOME
After the field technician has been added as a User in Sage Sync and created their password, they can follow the link provided in the SMS/text message to access Gimbil.
The Home Page • Displays the number of jobs assigned to the field technician Alerts • Jobs that are past the scheduled date and the next stage’s action has not been taken (note: this is an internal action needed in Sage Sync) Today • Jobs scheduled for that day Upcoming • Jobs scheduled for a future date Done • Jobs that are completed

Swipe left over a job name to have quick access to the job site’s Directions • This will open in the device’s built in map application Swipe left over a job name to Call or Message the customer • This will come from the device’s cellular number
Tap on any of the home screen categories to view assigned jobs.

Tap on the job name to open more details and action items. This view displays the job’s address, phone number, email address, retailer’s store number, location, and phone number.
Scroll down to view scheduled dates, items on the order, and job notes. Only descriptions and quantities are visible, no pricing.

GIMBIL – UPLOAD DRAWING
Tap on FILES to upload Photos and/or Drawings from the device’s photo album or take a photo directly. Note: the drawing does not identify as Post Template Drawing, but Post Template Drawing files type does and this resolves the action needed in Sage Sync.

SAGE SYNC VISIBILITY
If the templater uploads from Gimbil under any specific category that is listed, this will automatically be visible in the File Attachment of that job Sage Sync.

GIMBIL– TEMPLATE & INSTALL CHECKLISTS
Tap on FORMS to view and utilize the Countertop Template or Install Checklist during these appointments. Tap to open and fill to complete. Field technician and customer both signs then tap on Submit.

GIMBIL - NOTES
The templater can add a note to reference any changes that are needed to the items or quantities originally sold under Order Confirmation. They can also add an Access Point note for that job that will stay with the job’s information in order to notify the installer of any important details to enter the home.

SAGE SYNC VISIBILITY
All notes added from Gimbil to the job will automatically be visible in the Notes section of the job in Sage Sync

GIMBIL – JOB INFO, INSTALLER
The installer can view the same information on the job as the templater and more. The additional items include Access Point notes added by the templater and Change Order notes under Order Confirmation in FORMS from Sage Sync.

GIMBIL – ENTER ACTUAL INSTALL DATE
When the install is complete, the installer has the capability to set the Actual Install Date directly from Gimbil

GIMBIL – SIGN COC
After the Actual Install Date has been entered, the installer can find the customer’s COC in FORMS for the customer to review, answer surplus questions, and sign on the job site.

After both sub-contractor’s and customer’s signature are completed, tap on Submit in the top right. This closes out the job in Gimbil and Sage Sync.

Best practice is for the installer to upload photos directly to Gimbil of the completed install.

The Actual Install Date and Upload COC stage are automatically completed in Sage Sync.
