Installer measures and documents full room details. Assess job site for installation conditions, notes any possible obstacles with installation including but not limited to code work outside of scope and limitations. Installer to assess home for lead in homes built before 1978 (test if required) Installer to practice lead safe guidelines in homes testing positive for lead If needed - drywall patch to primer ready, meaning sanded and ready for primer. Does not include texturing to match. (NOT intended for full wall drywall replacement) Drywall ONLY - Not intended for backerboard, etc. Any additional work that may not be covered to perform the scope above. Plumbing shut off valves. Basic modiciations for cabinets plumbing and electrical covered here. Not intended for major structural modifcations, work behind the wall, cutting concrete, or work below grade. Total Job labor retail minimum = $800 if labor quoted is below minimum additional fee will be applied to bring up to $800 (calculated as differece in quote to the miminum) Installer supplied permit to perform work quoted based on any local, state or federal requirements

Trip Charge*

Trip Charge to cover additional CCI trip for materials not present at job site or damaged.

*Please be advised that a trip fee of $150 will apply if the CCI is required to make an additional trip back to the store to pick up materials post-cabinet delivery. This fee will only be charged if the additional trip is due to an oversight or error by the retailer or product vendor.
