• Cabinet Installer Receives Email Notification • Within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays) - Contact Customer • Utilize Call Script • Enter Customer Contact Date and Ready to Measure Date

SCHEDULE MEASURE APPOINTMENT • Cabinet Installer Enters Scheduled Measure Date

• Cabinet Installer Enters Actual Measure Date • Uploads Cabinet Measure Worksheet and photos of the project space

CABINET DESIGN

• Home Outlet updates/designs cabinets with customer • Upload Cabinet Design Packet and include layout view, elevations, and 3D renderings • Upload Bill of Materials

SAGE DESIGN REVIEW

• Sage reviews the design within 2 business days to ensure it is install ready • Works with the store to correct any design elements if necessary • CCI signs off on design

SUBMIT LABOR QUOTE

CCI

• Cabinet Installer Adds Labor and Submits Change Order • Utilize Call Script to contact Home Outlet

REVIEW FINAL DETAILS

• Home Outlet either contacts to close the measure because the customer is not moving forward, asks for adjustments, or sells the install purchase order
