CABINET ORDER NOTIFICATIONS

CABINET MEASURE COMPLETED • This is triggered after the cabinet installer has uploaded the cabinet measure worksheet and submitted the actual measure date • Home Outlet’s action required is to review the cabinet measure worksheet and update/ create the cabinet design packet with the customer to submit back to the cabinet installer to quote install labor items on the change order

CABINET INSTALL COSTS SUBMITTED • This is triggered when the change order of install labor items have been submitted • Home Outlet’s action required is to contact the customer with the total install cost and collect payment

ESTIMATED CABINET DELIVERY DATE • This is triggered when the cabinet install purchase order has been released into our Sage Sync system • Home Outlet’s action required is to enter the estimated cabinet delivery date

CABINET DELIVERED DATE TO STORE NOT ENTERED • This is triggered 48 business hours after the estimated cabinet delivery date has passed and the cabinet delivered date to store has not been entered • This is a helpful reminder to Home Outlet to contact the cabinet installer when the cabinets have delivered to the store
