CANCELLATION BEST PRACTICES
Before ANY refunds are processed - Review where the customers project is in the timeline
• Measure Appt canceled before appointment date - Refundable • Measure Appt Took Place - Not Refundable (trip charge due to vendor) • Paid in full retail order - Must verify with Sage Surfaces & CFI if material has been ordered - if NOT - Full Refund • Paid in full retail order - Must verify with Sage Surfaces & CFI if material has been ordered - If Yes - material has been ordered - 40% restocking fee must be charged • Paid in full retail order - Fabrication has begun, material has been cut - Only 20% refund • No refunds on installed projects - Reach out for warranty review STOP! • If a customer is requesting a refund, the verification may take until the next business day to confirm by CFI & Sage Surfaces team. • Always get approval from your CEM before processing any customer satisfaction refunds.
