• Customer Support : Responsible for assisting Floor & Decor Associates, KBSS and Fabricators with custom countertop orders. • Regional and Territory Sales Managers: Support Floor & Decor with product training and sales support for their Associates. • Fabricator Partners: Provide countertop template, fabrication and installation for Floor & Decor customers. • Marketing: Create selling tools such as resource guides, waterfall racks and signage, sample labels, etc.
