W A R R A N T Y C L A I M S • All warranty claims must be submitted to the Sage Surfaces Support Team and your store CEM. In many cases, the Sage Surfaces Regional Sales Manager will need to assist on resolutions. • All product warranty information can be found in the document library in the natural stone or quartz packets. C U S T OM E R C O N C E R N S • Floor & Decor represents the custom countertop products and serves as an advocate for the customer throughout the entire process. • If your customer has any issues, listen to their concerns calmly and help assist to find a solution. • If the customer has reached out with product concerns, please ask them to forward images of the area - i.e., stain, crack, seam splits. • Upload those images into the customers Sage Surfaces account and email support@sagesurfaces.com. Please copy your RSM & Fabricator Partner. • The customer will be contacted with a solution which may include scheduling an inspection and/or reviewing standard project tolerances and acceptable variables.
