CANCELLATION BEST PRACTICES Before ANY refunds are processed - Review where the customer’s project is in the timeline

BARTON’S CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellation of Countertop Order prior to template date – complete refund of Countertop Order • Cancellation of Countertop Order after template completed – complete refund of countertop purchase less template fee of $99 • Cancellation of Countertop Order after CFI receives material, but prior to starting fabrication – refund 60% of total countertop cost • Cancellation of Countertop Order after fabrication is complete, but prior to installation – refund 20% of total countertop cost • No refunds on installed goods STOP! If a customer is requesting a refund, the verification may take until the next business day to confirm by CFI & Sage team.
