FAQ’s - GRANITE GOLD PROTECTION PLAN Does the warranty limit ($20K for Countertops and $50K for Cabinets) cover parts and labor or is that amount for parts only? • That is the installed price for labor and material. If the price of the job goes over that amount, the customer would need to purchase a 2nd Granite Gold plan. For example, if a customer came in and bought countertops for their kitchen AND bathrooms for a total price of $25,000, the customer would need to purchase 2 Granite Gold countertop plans (1 for kitchen, 1 for bathrooms. ) If a customer wants to upgrade from a 5-year plan to a 10-year plan after initial purchase, can they do so? • Plans can only be upgraded within 30 days of purchase. After that, they cannot change the term.
How far back can you retroactive the warranty? • Back no more than 30 days from purchase date. What is the refund for? • The refund is for the warranty cost only. Will the brochures be Sage branded? • No, all brochures will be Granite Gold branded. How do we get more brochures? • Contact CPO@sagesurfaces.com How does Sage select who manages the repair? • Granite Gold experts handle all repairs. When will SKUs be active and ready to sell in system at Barton’s?
• They were live as of February 20th, 2024 What is purchase time frame for warranty?
• Customer must purchase Granite Gold plan within 30 days of countertop/cabinet purchase. Are there forms/documents for customers to sign at time of purchase that Barton’s needs to keep for their records? • No, it is a line item at time of purchase. Sage will send customer’s information to Granite Gold, and they will contact customer direct. Does the warranty apply to landlords? • No. Only residential properties are covered. Commercial properties are not covered. Apartments are not covered.
Is warranty transferrable? • No, it is not transferrable.
