OHM Events Showcase
10 of the 14 Mid-Atlantic stores were able to attend the June OHM Event in Atlanta, GA. CONGRATS to 282 Cumming GA for winning the Measure Contest – they in creased their July measures 1400% over their average from Jan-June. The 10 stores who attended the event all saw double-digit growth in measures the month after the training…averaging 205% as a whole! The 10 stores who attended the event averaged an increase of 144% in total jobs sold two months post-event. showroom and slab yard. It gives the group a first-hand look at examples of upcoming products, and we can train store associates on our program in a controlled, focused environment. This also provides the store associates the opportunity to voice any concerns and ask any questions related to the program and products sold. The primary fabricator for the stores present was Top Line but Marvic had one store represented as well. These events are a perfect opportunity for the F&D associates and team members to visit their local OHM

Design Supervisor Andrea with completing their full project. Andrea is always active in meeting with her Sage Surfaces Sales Manager to see what we can do to help and has now resulted in quite a big sale for her store. She has a great team working with her and a new addition to her team, Vianey, who transferred from another location that will really help them excel. It’s been a joy to work with Andrea and I’m looking forward to see what her team does next.” Mitchell is always pushing her team for trainings and understanding the processes. Q: Where can the customer go to view Quartz materials? A: We do not have a slab yard for Quartz material, but customers can use the flipping book to view full size slabs. Q: Customer is ready to schedule their measure appointment, but what’s the first step? A: $75 measure fee is required before measure appointment can be scheduled by CFI. Tips to move a job as fast as possible: Customer Expectation Agreement (CEA) is required for installation, but can be signed in the store to prevent future holds. Customers can let the measure technician know their material and edge selection to receive their final quote faster.

Orders move faster when CEA is signed sooner rather than later. If the project address is different from the credit card address, make a note on the order. If you know the customer’s material and edge selection, make a note on the order. Check the notes in the Sage Sync Portal for updates throughout the project.
