OHM Events Showcase

10 of the 14 Mid-Atlantic stores were able to attend the June OHM Event in Atlanta, GA. CONGRATS to 282 Cumming GA for winning the Measure Contest – they in creased their July measures 1400% over their average from Jan-June. The 10 stores who attended the event all saw double-digit growth in measures the month after the training…averaging 205% as a whole! The 10 stores who attended the event averaged an increase of 144% in total jobs sold two months post-event. showroom and slab yard. It gives the group a first-hand look at examples of upcoming products, and we can train store associates on our program in a controlled, focused environment. This also provides the store associates the opportunity to voice any concerns and ask any questions related to the program and products sold. UPCOMING EVENTS: • 10/16 - Boston, MA • 11/14 - Nashville, TN • 12/11 - Orlando, FL Top Area Highlight New Jersey pulled 26 associates from 9 different stores. The primary fabricator for the stores present was Top Line but Marvic had one store represented as well. These events are a perfect opportunity for the F&D associates and team members to visit their local OHM
