FD 297 Surprise, AZ We want to recognize this store for selling $12,436 in Macaubas Bianco (NEW color!) - here is what their Territory Sales Manager, Amy Gillespie, has to say: “The Surprise Floor and Decor store has really pushed themselves to make countertops part of the whole package. Design Supervisor Andrea with completing their full project. Andrea is always active in meeting with her Sage Surfaces Sales Manager to see what we can do to help and has now resulted in quite a big sale for her store. She has a great team working with her and a new addition to her team, Vianey, who transferred from another location that will really help them excel. It’s been a joy to work with Andrea and I’m looking forward to see what her team does next.” Mitchell is always pushing her team for trainings and understanding the processes. She is always striving to push her team to help the customer

Q: Where can the customer go to view Quartz materials? A: We do not have a slab yard for Quartz material, but customers can use the flipping book to view full size slabs. Q: Customer is ready to schedule their measure appointment, but what’s the first step? A: $75 measure fee is required before measure appointment can be scheduled by CFI. Tips to move a job as fast as possible: Customer Expectation Agreement (CEA) is required for installation, but can be signed in the store to prevent future holds. Customers can let the measure technician know their material and edge selection to receive their final quote faster.
